Stock Use Rules.

Please remember, my child images are of my son, nephew and close friends children, use them appropriately and respectfully.

1. Credit. In your artists description either to :dev demoncherrystock: or :icon demoncherrystock: and provide a link to the image you used.

2. Notify. Send us a note or comment on the image used with a link to the piece you created.

3. Prints. Prints permission is granted for all Deviantart prints and apparel.

4. Do not use this stock for anything sexual or vulgar. No death, blood, drug and alcohol abuse, violence and other such graphic images. See below for more in-depth details.

5. Offsite usage. For your own personal portfolios yes, if credit and notification is provided. For any other sites please check with me FIRST. The ONLY exception to this rule is stated below.

6. The purpose of my stock is for artist's references.  I allow web design, 3d resources and premade bgs to be made from my stock.  I do not wish to have my stock used 'as is' to promote business.  

A quick run-down on rule 4.
Depicting one of the children as a ghost or spirit in a non violent scene is ok, having them killed or killing someone else is not.
Dark emotional pictures are ok, depicting loss, sorrow, grief, sadness and things along them lines. Adding blood, cuts and wounds to them is not.

Yes, you may display any works you create from my stock in galleries and exhibitions.
Yes, you may sell the original of the image you created from my stock.
Yes, you can use the images for reference for painting or drawings that will be used for charity events.

PRINTS PERMISSION and OFFSITE USAGE IS GRANTED FOR ANY OF THE SITES LISTED BELOW WITHOUT NEEDING TO ASK, IF AND ONLY IF YOU FOLLOW ALL ABOVE RULES, INCLUDING CREDIT, NOTE AND LINKBACK.
